Doctors and nurses help treat and care for those who need it the most. We offer help to those who help others with many programs such as the Diversion program which is tailored specifically to nurses. These healthcare professionals carry the weight and well-being of the world on their shoulders. The high-stress environment of hospitals and assisting patients and doctors can affect nurses on a mental and emotional level, especially during pandemics and times of unease. Nurses are constantly caring for others, which is why they deserve a safe space where they can be cared for when they need it most. In the Medical Professionals Rehab program, we are here to help them.
The Diversion Program is a voluntary, confidential program for registered nurses whose practice may be impaired due to substance use disorder or mental illness.
